Overview

We are hiring a Civil Engineer to support landside design projects for aviation clients. This role is ideal for an engineer with 4–8 years of experience in civil infrastructure, ready to take on growing responsibilities in a collaborative consulting environment. You’ll contribute to project design, coordination, and management, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation and aviation-related civil projects

  • Coordinate and lead meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams

  • Analyse topographic and aerial data for design planning

  • Conduct detailed design calculations and technical reviews

  • Manage internal coordination and subconsultant deliverables

  • Uphold quality control and project compliance standards

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (accredited institution)

  • PE license or equivalent certification

  • 4–8 years of experience in civil design

  • Task management experience (budgeting, scheduling, coordination)

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley Open Roads Designer/MicroStation

  • Skilled in cost estimating and technical spec development

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office


Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory or task lead experience

  • Background in roadway or highway design

  • Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars, Engineering Briefs, and Orders

  • Experience with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria

  • Project management skills, including budget and schedule oversight
