Overview

We are looking for a Technical Writer to develop and maintain documentation, manuals, and process materials. This role ensures clear, accurate, and standardized documentation across the organization.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical writing
  • Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process guides
  • Edit and format documents for clarity and consistency
  • Gather and interpret technical information from subject matter experts
  • Support documentation management and version control
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Assist in maintaining documentation repositories

Preferred Skills:
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Experience with documentation tools and content management systems
  • Familiarity with technical or process-based environments
  • Relevant certifications in technical communication
